Varying degrees of dependency with encouragement towards independence. Various mobility aids, mainly wheelchairs

The bathrooms are adjustable to meet requirements of independence and varying degrees of dependency – each individual has a care plan.
Corner placed shower allows left or right sided independent/dependent use.
Penisular toilet allows left and right sided access.
Hand washing within reach of the toilet by means of movable basin.
Carers testify that the layout works well when they are required to give assistance in the bathroom.
