Systematic configuration
The many factors which have to be considered during the planning phase can seem unmanageable and overwhelming. But with the right systematic approach, the task becomes easier to tackle.
The first distinction to make is between one and several users. If there is only one user, the room configuration has to be suited to accommodate both present and future physical abilities. If there are several users, the requirements for flexibility are even greater. It will be crucial that the room design allows numerous daily changes to be made quickly and easily.
