Pressalit Group is a Danish privately owned limited company. The current organisational structure was established in 2001, formally dividing the company into three independent divisions. In 2008 the structure was changed so that Pressalit today includes Saniscan.

		Pressalit universal seats and special seats for distribution over the sanitary trade. OEM-deliveries for the ceramic works. SaniScan toilet seats and accessories for distribution over the DIY-sector (Builders' merchants).
		Specialised bathroom and kitchen solutions for people with disabilities.

The two divisions are each pursuing individual objectives and dealing with individual segments, but sharing a thriving culture, based upon a common set of values.

The function of the Group company is to support and develop the associated businesses so that the divisions can focus on the development of their core competences.
