A multifaceted workplace

We aim to develop a workplace that is truly multifaceted, with room for all types of people. We work informally and equally in a good working environment and pleasant physical surroundings.

We live our values. We imbibe them with our mothers' milk

For us humans, it's important to be part of a meningful everyday routine. Meaningful things should be reciprocal. You appreciate what you do. And you feel that your efforts are appreciated. You give and receive. Both aspects of your working life add up to a greater whole.

That being the case, it is not a strange thing that companies who have adhered to their core values over a long period cope far better than the average.
 
Pressalit is living proof of this. Maybe we haven't used such posh words, But we have always believed in the value of treating one another decently. Taking the trouble. Being to others what we would like others to be to us.We believe in that. And we have simply expanded on these basic values and articulated them in four categories: We listen. We give. We play. We act. Our values are so fundamental to us that we want to hold on to them, even if in a given situation that means paying a price. You can hold us to that. 

S for social 

In 2003, we were awarded the ‘S’ mark in recognition of the fact that we are a socially-responsible company. This implies responsibility that applies to both our own personnel (“We care for those that care for Pressalit”) and society at large. We strive to show respect and we are prepared to make our own contribution to progress and to share our knowledge and experience with others.

The latter in particular is expressed via our work with Det Midtjyske Netværk (the Mid-Jutland Network) and the “Ry – a local authority that needs everyone” project, that won the 2003 Integration Prize.
