Programme Details

Joining Pressalit as a Graduate, you will be a salaried intern for a period of 2 years with project periods of 8 months during which you will be performing tasks for three different business or functional areas. As for the projects for which you will be given specific responsibility, you will be working under the supervision of one of our managers who will support you in defining the activities to be monitored and pursued.

Apart from the individually assigned projects, you will be involved in various team assignments that you must complete in collaboration with your fellow Graduates. The assignments are designed to improve your performance as well as your professional and personal skills.

Who are we looking for?

We seek to attract the best and most talented graduates who can contribute to increasing knowledge and growth within our company. For our Graduate Programme, we are particularly looking for candidates with a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering. Even if you have a degree that relates to a specific area, we will challenge you to take on a project in a different area as this will allow you to gain experience from a broad range of fields before deciding on a particular career path.
