Ten years ago, the brothers Kim, Dan, and Erik Boyter took over the management of the family business Pressalit after the sudden death of their father. Since then, Pressalit Group A/S has continued its development towards a business with an international profile and solid results. Now, the company enters a new management era without the participation of Erik Boyter (40), who has chosen to retire from the Management Committee and his position in Pressalit Care. For the last couple of years, Erik Boyter has been living in England due to his tasks for the Pressalit Group. He has now announced his wish to seek new opportunities outside the company, and the Boyter family has accepted this decision.
The new Management Committee
With the resignation of Erik Boyter, the new Pressalit Group management structure will be as follows:
· Kim Boyter (45), President and CEO. Will have the overall responsibility for the two divisions, Pressalit A/S and Pressalit Care A/S.
· Dan Boyter (42), Vice President and COO. Will have the responsibility for the staff functions HRD & Policy, Corporate Communication, innovation, and special development projects. Official spokesman for the Group Management.
The group of owners behind Pressalit Group remains unchanged as Erik Boyter keeps his holding of shares in the company as well as his Board membership in Pressalit Holding, the owner of Pressalit Group A/S. In addition to Kim, Dan, and Erik Boyter the group of owners includes Fay Boyter, the widow of Mogens Boyter.
Continuing focus on growth
